Smart Cars coming to the USA

As of late I have witnessed close to a handful of these smart cars zooming the streets of the U.S. I don’t know too much about these tiny vehicles, however they been in Europe for quite some time now. I’ve read, electric and fuel models are now available in the states ranging from $11,000 and up. Yet, as far as safety is concern, probably just a common fender bender could cause catastrophic results; but hey, you’ll still save a ton of money on gas! VERY SMART!
